Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LoDR 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, kindly note that Shri Sanjay Kumar Agarwal has been transferred from the post of General Manager (Civil-Welfare) and Shri Suman Kumar has been transferred and posted as General Manager (Civil-Welfare) on 03.02.2026. Accordingly, Shri Suman Kumar has become Senior Management Personnel of Bharat Coking Coal Limited.
