ACME Solar Holdings Ltd appoints Rahul Kaushik as Head of Process Transformation

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has appointed Rahul Kaushik as Head of Process Transformation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening governance, risk management, and operational efficiency across its expanding renewable energy portfolio. In his new role, he will work closely with the leadership team to streamline and optimise business processes, supporting the company’s next phase of growth.

Rahul brings nearly two decades of experience in internal audit and risk advisory, having guided boards, audit committees, investors, and senior executives on enhancing governance frameworks and internal controls. His professional background spans diverse sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage.

Before joining ACME Solar, he led the Internal Audit function at O2 Power and has previously worked with leading consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, where he managed multiple internal audit, risk management, and process transformation assignments.

At ACME Solar, he will focus on building agile, standardised, and digitally enabled systems to enhance efficiency, ensure robust internal controls, and deliver sustainable long-term value. The appointment underscores the company’s continued emphasis on institutionalising strong governance and best-in-class risk practices as it accelerates its role in India’s clean energy transition.
