Timken India Q3 net profit down 32.92% at Rs 49.85 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 74.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.84 per cent at Rs 764.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 671.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.35 per cent to Rs 668.56 crore from Rs 564.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.37 per cent at Rs 5.70 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 13.37 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.04 per cent to Rs 95.82 crore as against Rs 106.51 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.93 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 26.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.68 per cent at Rs 22.09 crore (Dec'24 Rs 23.42 crore).
