Suryo Foods & Ind. - Corporate Action-Intimation of Right issue

Suryo Foods and Industries Limited has proposed a rights issue of 29,70,000 fully paid-up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 594 lakhs on rights basis to the eligible shareholders of the company, at a price of Rs. 20/- per equity shares (including premium of Rs. 10/- per equity share) in the ratio of 3 (Three) Rights Equity Shares for every 4 (Four) fully paid-up Equity shares held by eligible shareholders as on the Record date i.e. Wednesday, 11th February, 2026. Further, the Board of Directors of the company has approved the Letter of Offer on 5th February 2026. In this regard, please find enclosed the soft copy of Letter of Offer dated 5th February 2026, for the Rights Issue of the Company. the Company is also submitting this letter of Offer with SEBI for its information in compliance with SEBI(ICDR) Regulation, 2018, as amended and SEBI Circular bearing no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/31 dated 11th March 2025.
