Bajel Projects Q3 net profit up 35.62% at Rs 1.98 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.76 per cent at Rs 555.41 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 622.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.94 per cent to Rs 535.17 crore from Rs 607.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.63 per cent at Rs 4.87 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.59 per cent to Rs 27.17 crore as against Rs 14.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 108.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.98 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.82 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.97 crore).
