The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.83 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.28 per cent at Rs 83.99 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 76.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.68 per cent to Rs 54.85 crore from Rs 48.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 358.02 per cent at Rs 9.71 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.37 per cent to Rs 29.14 crore as against Rs 27.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.35 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 28.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.29 per cent at Rs 2.44 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.69 crore).
