Best Agrolife posts Q3 net loss of Rs 5.76 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 5.76 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 6.08 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 33.46 per cent at Rs 128.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 193.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 32.29 per cent to Rs 128.36 crore from Rs 189.56 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 148.28 per cent at Rs 2.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.87 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 93.26 per cent to Rs 0.25 crore as against Rs 3.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 90.10 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.55 crore, while Taxation decreased by 6.25 per cent at Rs -1.95 crore (Dec'24 Rs -2.08 crore).
