GMR Power and Urban Q3 net profit down 93.08% at Rs 8.20 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.20 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 118.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.12 per cent at Rs 100.81 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 100.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 20.00 per cent to Rs 37.73 crore from Rs 47.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.84 per cent at Rs 1.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.31 per cent to Rs 63.08 crore as against Rs 53.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.46 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 37.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 73.81 crore
