Aarti Pharmalabs Q3 net profit down 40.37% at Rs 43.84 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 73.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.70 per cent at Rs 425.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 470.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.45 per cent to Rs 322.31 crore from Rs 355.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 103.10 per cent at Rs -0.37 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 11.94 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.48 per cent to Rs 102.94 crore as against Rs 114.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.86 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 29.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 34.95 per cent at Rs 14.74 crore (Dec'24 Rs 22.66 crore).
