TGV SRAAC Q3 net profit up 18.02% at Rs 28.10 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.50 per cent at Rs 448.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 455.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.14 per cent to Rs 370.78 crore from Rs 399.29 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.39 per cent at Rs 6.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.99 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.86 per cent to Rs 77.47 crore as against Rs 55.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.95 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 38.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 20.29 per cent at Rs 9.90 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.23 crore).
