GIC Housing Fi Q3 net profit down 12.15% at Rs 43.61 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 49.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.30 per cent at Rs 268.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 269.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.67 per cent to Rs 42.12 crore from Rs 31.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 98.95 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.05 per cent to Rs 230.51 crore as against Rs 237.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.76 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 3.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 172.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 65.53 per cent at Rs 11.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs 6.73 crore).
