Bata India Q3 net profit up 13.51% at Rs 66.03 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 66.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 58.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.85 per cent at Rs 944.68 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 918.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.84 per cent to Rs 732.66 crore from Rs 719.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 115.33 per cent at Rs 20.93 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 6.52 per cent to Rs 212.02 crore as against Rs 199.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.55 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.41 per cent at Rs 22.72 crore (Dec'24 Rs 18.56 crore).
