RBI cancels registration of 7 NBFCs, bars them from financial business

The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of seven non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) under the powers conferred by Section 45-IA(6) of the RBI Act, 1934.

Following the cancellation, these entities are prohibited from carrying on the business of a non-banking financial institution, as defined under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.

The NBFCs whose registrations have been cancelled are:

Kanoi Leasfin Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 9, 2026

Aditi Sanchar Suvidha Pvt Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 9, 2026

Welmen Dealcomm Pvt Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 16, 2026

CTC Investments Private Limited – CoR cancelled on January 16, 2026

Parrot Agencies & Credit Pvt Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 28, 2026

Monolisha Management Pvt Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 28, 2026

MKN Investment Pvt Ltd – CoR cancelled on January 28, 2026

The RBI clarified that, with immediate effect, these companies can no longer undertake NBFC activities, in line with regulatory provisions.
