Esab India Q3 net profit up 6.49% at Rs 43.00 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 43.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 40.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.25 per cent at Rs 378.83 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 337.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.40 per cent to Rs 303.12 crore from Rs 282.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 67.18 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.26 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.03 per cent to Rs 75.71 crore as against Rs 55.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 472.73 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.36 per cent at Rs 15.18 crore (Dec'24 Rs 14.14 crore).
