We regret to inform you that the Company is unable to submit the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 by the due date i.e. on or before 14th February, 2026 as the finalization of accounts of the Company and one of its subsidiary could not be completed due to certain issues requiring more clarification and discussion to finalie the said accounts. The said subsidiary had entered into settlement agrement with the Authorities as well as the Lenders, but certain important details and confirmation are yet to be received. In view of the abvoe the finalisation of accounts of the Company as well as the subsidiary is delayed.\r\n\r\nThe Company is making all the efforts to inalize/approve/ publish the Financial results and submit to the Stock Exchanges as soon as it is finalized with due notice
