Parsvnath Developers posts Q3 net loss of Rs 50.85 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 50.85 crore compared to net profit of Rs 29.62 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.97 per cent at Rs 19.19 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.58 per cent to Rs 18.87 crore from Rs 22.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.43 per cent at Rs 1.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 104.48 per cent to Rs 0.32 crore as against Rs -7.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 103.64 per cent in December quarter.
