Bajaj Steel Ind. Q3 net profit down 48.19% at Rs 6.71 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.95 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.93 per cent at Rs 117.96 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 130.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.17 per cent to Rs 107.64 crore from Rs 111.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 156.34 per cent at Rs 3.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.42 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 47.85 per cent to Rs 10.32 crore as against Rs 19.79 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.09 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 44.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.36 crore, while Taxation decreased by 49.77 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.44 crore).
