Adani Power Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary Adani Atomic Energy

Adani Power Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Atomic Energy Limited (AAEL), in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies on February 11, 2026.

Adani Atomic Energy Limited has been incorporated in India and will operate in the nuclear energy sector. The company’s primary objective is to generate, transmit, and distribute electricity derived from nuclear and/or atomic energy sources.

AAEL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Power and, therefore, qualifies as a related party of the company. The incorporation has been made through cash consideration.

The newly formed entity has an authorised share capital of ?5,00,000, divided into 50,000 equity shares of ?10 each. Adani Power holds 100% of the shareholding in AAEL.

No specific governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation.
