3M India posts Q3 net loss of Rs 62.05 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 62.05 crore compared to net profit of Rs 113.77 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.67 per cent at Rs 1,228.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,089.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.57 per cent to Rs 997.36 crore from Rs 935.87 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 43.85 per cent at Rs 9.45 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 16.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.72 per cent to Rs 230.69 crore as against Rs 154.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.89 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 1156.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 35.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 338.03 per cent at Rs 176.70 crore (Dec'24 Rs 40.34 crore).
