IRB Infrastructure Q3 net profit down 94.47% at Rs 278.56 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 278.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5033.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 94.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.70 per cent at Rs 1,096.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,349.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.50 per cent to Rs 678.96 crore from Rs 1,036.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 29.28 per cent at Rs 99.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 140.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 33.68 per cent to Rs 417.79 crore as against Rs 312.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 64.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 1.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 151.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 26.27 per cent at Rs 77.00 crore (Dec'24 Rs 60.98 crore).
