VLS Finance posts Q3 net profit of Rs 14.79 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 14.79 crore compared to net loss of Rs 54.28 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 141.41 per cent at Rs 24.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs -58.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 61.28 per cent to Rs 5.70 crore from Rs 14.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 77.30 per cent at Rs 2.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 125.36 per cent to Rs 18.63 crore as against Rs -73.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.77 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 128.69 per cent at Rs 5.42 crore (Dec'24 Rs -18.89 crore).
