Wardwizard Innovatio Q3 net profit down 98.96% at Rs 0.04 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.30 per cent at Rs 62.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 86.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.13 per cent to Rs 57.75 crore from Rs 74.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 46.67 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 58.99 per cent to Rs 4.97 crore as against Rs 12.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.63 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 47.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.46 crore
