Pennar Industries Q3 net profit up 7.02% at Rs 24.55 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.55 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.40 per cent at Rs 715.71 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 654.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.63 per cent to Rs 652.19 crore from Rs 584.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 175.60 per cent at Rs 14.91 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 5.41 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.23 per cent to Rs 63.52 crore as against Rs 69.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.01 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 4.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 32.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 17.83 per cent at Rs 6.50 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.91 crore).
