Ashiana Ispat posts Q3 net profit of Rs 37.82 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 37.82 crore compared to net loss of Rs 3.44 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 6125900.00 per cent at Rs 612.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 48692.80 per cent to Rs 609.91 crore from Rs 1.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 316.94 per cent to Rs 2.69 crore as against Rs -1.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.00 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 79.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 114.29 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.07 crore).
