Bodal Chemicals Q3 net profit down 72.76% at Rs 1.98 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 72.76 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.56 per cent at Rs 480.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 434.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.28 per cent to Rs 455.62 crore from Rs 388.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 934.75 per cent at Rs 14.59 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.41 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 45.77 per cent to Rs 25.11 crore as against Rs 46.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 50.99 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 1.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 19.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 55.00 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.40 crore).
