CMS Info Systems has declared 27.50% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

CMS Info Systems Ltd. on Friday, 13 February 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 27.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 18 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 February 2026.

The last five dividends are 30% Special dividend (Ex Date : 23 May 2025), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 May 2025), 32.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 11 February 2025), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 28 May 2024) and 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2024).
