with reference to the Financial Results submitted by the company for the quarter ended 31st December,2025 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that due to inadvertent oversight, the earlier submission did not contain the Signed Limited Review Report(LRR) issued by the statutory Auditor consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2025 along with LRR.\r\nIn this regard, we are hereby submitting the revised filing of the Financial results for the quarter ended 31st December,2025.along with the duly signed Limited Review Report, Figures/results already submitted earlier, and this revised submission is being made solely for attaching the signed Limited Review Report.
