GK Energy Q3 net profit jumps 57.72% at Rs 58.83 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 58.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 37.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 57.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.64 per cent at Rs 460.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 320.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.82 per cent to Rs 368.33 crore from Rs 265.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 111.46 per cent at Rs 3.32 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 66.85 per cent to Rs 91.87 crore as against Rs 55.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 63.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 98.00 per cent at Rs 24.69 crore (Dec'24 Rs 12.47 crore).
