5Paisa Capital Limited has informed the Exchange about issuance of fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by way of a rights issue (the ""Rights Issue"" or ""Issue"") to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the record date (to be determined and notified subsequently) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 4,750.00 million (Rupees Four Thousand SevenHundred Fifty Million only), in accordance with applicable laws, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (the SEBI ICDR Regulations ) as amended and subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, as may be relevant under the applicable laws.
