Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 24, 2026, has decided to issue equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1: 17 (1 Rights Equity Share for every 17 fully paid-up equity shares), to eligible equity shareholders, held as on the Record Date being March 02, 2026 at an Issue Price of Rs. 512 per share.
