Jindal Stainless on Tuesday announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with XLRI Xavier School of Management to introduce a structured HR Competency Development Programme aimed at strengthening human resource leadership within the organisation.
The nine-month programme is designed to combine academic expertise with practical business insights, enabling HR professionals at Jindal Stainless to develop the skills needed to support the company’s sustained growth and evolving organisational requirements.
Under the customised initiative, 25 HR professionals from the company’s corporate office and manufacturing plants will participate in the learning programme. The training will be delivered through a blended format comprising both in-person and virtual sessions, the company said in a statement.
