Shriram Finance - Diversification/Disinvestment

Shriram Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that Shriram Overseas Investments Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has divested its entire stake of 81.63% comprising of 7,55,146 ordinary shares having a face value of SGD 1 each in Bharath Investments Pte. Limited, Singapore, subsidiary.In view of the above, Bharath has ceased to be a subsidiary of Shriram Overseas and step-down subsidiary of the Company. Consequently, Armour Insurance Services WLL has also ceased to be an associate of Shriram Overseas and the Company.
