Bank of Baroda Raises USD 500 Million Five-Year Syndicated Loan

Bank of Baroda on Thursday said it has raised a USD 500 million five-year syndicated term loan facility through its IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City, drawing strong participation from investors across key Asian markets.

The transaction marks the bank’s return to the global syndicated loan market after a gap of one year.

According to the bank, the proceeds from the facility will be utilized for general banking and corporate purposes.
