Avio Smart Market Stack signs MoU with Agrosperity to expand digital agri ecosystem

Avio Smart Market Stack Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Agrosperity Tech Solutions Private Limited to explore collaborative initiatives aimed at strengthening India’s agricultural ecosystem through digital technology, financing, and supply-chain integration.

The partnership is part of Project AVIO Agritech, an initiative by Avio Smart Market Stack to build an integrated agri-services ecosystem leveraging its rural outreach and financial inclusion infrastructure.

Through the collaboration, the companies will explore opportunities across the agricultural value chain, including generating farmer leads for agri-credit solutions, facilitating agri-commodity supply chain financing, expanding distribution of agricultural inputs, and developing commodity warehousing and post-harvest infrastructure. The partnership will also evaluate climate and sustainability initiatives such as carbon sequestration solutions in agriculture.

Avio Smart Market Stack said it has built a financial inclusion network connecting more than 5,000 villages across India, which will be leveraged to support the initiative.

Agrosperity Tech Solutions operates the KiVi (Kisan Vikas) platform, a “phygital” model combining digital infrastructure with on-ground franchise networks to provide services such as agricultural credit access, input procurement, agronomy advisory, and market linkages for farmers.

The companies said the partnership aims to combine ASMS’s rural network with Agrosperity’s digital capabilities to develop scalable solutions for farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, and rural enterprises.
