Bajaj Electricals appoints Suketu Shah as Interim CFO

Bajaj Electricals Ltd has appointed Suketu Shah as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective March 16, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

In a separate development, the company also designated Rahul Pundir, Chief Supply Chain Officer, as Senior Management Personnel, with effect from March 16, 2026.

The company said the appointments were made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The board meeting to consider these matters commenced at 11:15 am and concluded at 12:35 pm.
