This is to inform you that the 17th AGM of the Company will be held through video conference on 10th April, 2026 at the registered office of the Company. The Notice of the 17th AGM is attached herewith. \r\n\r\nThe Integrated Annual Report for the year 2024-25 comprising of the Notice of the AGM, Financial Statements along with the Directors' Report, Independent Auditors' Report and other documents required is sent through the email to the members whose email addresses are registered with the Company.\r\n\r\nFurther, the Company is providing to all its members, the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all the resolutions as set out in the Notice. Remote e-voting will commence from 7th April, 2026 at 9:00 am and ends on 9th April, 2026 at 5:00 pm.\r\n\r\nThe Integrated Annual report is uploaded on the Company's Website.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the above information on record.
