We intimate that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of M/s Telephone Cables Limited (\Corporate Debtor\) has been commenced vide order dated 19.02.2026 passed by Hon'ble NCLT Chandigarh Bench in CP(IB) No. 140/CHD/CHD/2024. The Hon'ble Chandigarh Bench vide the same order has appointed IPE, Ducturus Resolution Professionals Limited through its director Ms. Sunita as an Interim Resolution Professionals
