Timex Group India - Declaration Of Interim Dividend On Unlisted Preference Shares And Redemption Of The Said Unlisted Prefere

The Board of Directors has, in its meeting held today, i.e. March 20, 2026, inter alia, considered and approved the payment of Interim Dividend on 2,29,00,000, 13.88% Cumulative redeemable non-convertible Preference Shares(Unlisted) and the redemption of the said Preference Shares of the Company.
