Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Intimation regarding the cessation of Dr. Sumit Dutta Chowdhury (DIN: 02117586) as Independent Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 27th March, 2026.
