Jyoti Structures Ltd bags Rs 88.33 cr order from Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd

Jyoti Structures Ltd has received a Notification of Award from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited for transmission line modification works related to the Mumbai Coastal Road Project.

The project involves EHV 220kV/110kV transmission line modification in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply of materials, survey, soil investigation, tower and monopole erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning on a turnkey (LSTK) basis.

The total contract value stands at Rs 88.33 crore (excluding GST), with a completion timeline of 12 months from the date of the award.

The company clarified that the contract does not fall under related party transactions, and no promoter or group entity has any interest in the awarding authority.
