In continuation of the outcome of Board meeting dated February 09, 2026, wherein the Board approved the issuance of equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of the Company (Rights Equity Shares) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 14,00,000 by way of a rights issue (Rights Issue), in accordance with applicable laws, was approved to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, please be informed that the Board at its meeting held today, i.e. on April 03, 2026, has, inter alia considered, approved and fixed the terms of the rights issue including issue price and Record Date.
