Varun Beverages has declared 25% Final dividend for the financial year December 2025

Varun Beverages Ltd. on Tuesday, 03 February 2026, has announced Final dividend of 25 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 08 April 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 08 April 2026.

The last five dividends are 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 01 August 2025), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 07 May 2025), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 April 2025), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 09 August 2024) and 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 April 2024).
