Amber Enterprises - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Memorandum of Understanding /Agreements

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations we are hereby intimating the exchange that, the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of remaining 50% equity stake in Amber Resojet Private Limited, on 3rd April 20026, consequent to this acquisition Amber Resojet will cease as a Joint Venture and become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company
