Amber Enterprises - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations we are hereby informing the exchange that, the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement, for acquisition of remaining 50% equity stake in Amber Resojet Private Limited on 3rd April 2026 and consequent to this acquisition, Amber Resojet will cease as a Joint Venture and become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company
