Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has informed the Exchange that In continuation to our disclosures dated September 22, 2025 and November 29, 2025 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that the Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions Inc., (wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company) made all the payments to Conti, LLC, USA as awarded by the Arbitration Tribunal. Accordingly, the litigation/arbitration is concluded
