Wipro has secured one of its largest-ever strategic transformation deals with Singapore-based Olam Group, with the 8-year engagement expected to exceed USD 1 billion in total contract value, including a committed spend of USD 800 million.

Under the deal, Wipro will deliver end-to-end transformation services through a consulting-led and AI-powered approach, leveraging its Wipro Intelligence™ platform suite. The engagement will focus on enhancing Olam’s ‘farm-to-fork’ value chain, including farming, supply chain, trading, forecasting, and customer engagement.

The partnership aims to improve operational efficiency, strengthen resilience, and drive scalable growth for Olam Group.

As part of the transaction, Wipro will also acquire Mindsprint—Olam’s digital transformation arm—which will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro, subject to regulatory approvals. The deal is expected to close by Q1 FY27.
