L&T Mindtree (LTM) has announced the rollout of MIT Open Learning’s ‘Universal AI’ program for its workforce, in collaboration with upGrad Enterprise, as part of its strategy to build AI capabilities across the organisation.

The self-paced program, designed by MIT faculty, covers foundational AI concepts, technologies, and ethical considerations through structured modules, enabling employees across both technical and non-technical roles to develop AI-driven decision-making skills.

This initiative aims to strengthen LTM’s talent pool with first-principles thinking and AI fluency, supporting long-term innovation and client growth in an increasingly AI-driven economy.

Employees completing the program will receive certification from MIT Open Learning, validating their understanding of core AI principles.
