Rajiv Ranjan Jha appointed as Nominee Director on REC Ltd Board

State-owned REC Ltd has announced the appointment of Rajiv Ranjan Jha, Director (Projects) at Power Finance Corporation (PFC), as a nominee director on its board.

The appointment has been approved by the Ministry of Power, and is effective from April 6, 2026, as per a regulatory filing.

The company also confirmed that, based on disclosures received, Jha is not debarred from holding the position of director by any order from SEBI or other authorities.
