HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/04/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on Board Meeting to be held on April 16, 2026 - Board to also consider proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares of the Company through a preferential issue, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company and such other approvals including statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required.
