Amber Enterprises - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

With reference to our earlier intimation dated 3rd April 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, we are hereby informing the exchange that the Company has acquired remaining 50% stake in the equity share capital of Amber Resojet Private Limited (\Amber Resojet\) on 10th April 2026 and consequently, Amber Resojet has ceased as a Joint Venture Company and has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
